    In the Russian version of black desert there is a higher tier value pack that gives the user a drop rate boost, 3 tier 8 horses with all skills activated, and a special lucky box that can be opened every hour for rare items. I do not know if this value pack is something that is implemented in the na client we are using and is just disabled server side or not, but if it is possible could these be enabled and implemented on this server.

    what i know these items arent even in our files ?
    like Kr´s valks cry (cause if the kr valks cry would be a thing we would have that extra failstack count above our failstacks )

    I can't seem to find the value pack on the database, but the pc cafe horse vouchers you get from it are there, and it says it's been implemented in our version
