Trade broker Issue

Hi GoodMorning guys,
i got an problem about buying an item in trade broker, i buy Nether king bow for worth 300m but i didnt receive the item in my inventory. why? is it via mail ? do i wait more 10-20 min ? hoping you can help me about my problem im newbie here so you can comment any about my problems thank you for helping me

 

try to auto arrange. then check if bow is in inventory. supposedly it will be automatically be in your inventory after purchase.

 

You dont receive nothing via mail if you buy in broker... also upload your ss without edits. press the button for re-group(autoarrange) all elements of your inventory and check, maybe is in your other cubes. you can check from website if your char have this on his inventory

 

i try to find it in my inventory and in my warehouse but still cant find it. i wait 30mins hoping it can be send via mail :'(

There is no point to wait, you won't receive the item. It says "You spent 300,000,000 kinah" but as you can see the item was not added to your inventory.
I will forward this and let you know what is going on through PM.
