Trading limit in Valencia?

So.. I got the desert trade buff and traded in Valencia city
After selling around 2k well-polish sole trade item to the trade npc and got like 170m, I could not sell any more trade items, it says 'The limit for buying trade items has been exceeded'
I heard from world chat that it is intended and the cap was 400m? however, I only could sell 170m worth of goods...
If it is intended then when will be the reset time for such a cap in trades?

 

Have you did another trade? Imperial? Because they do share the 400m limite.

So the reset time for the limit would be the same for imperial delivery?

 

That's a question... But I remember being daily. Maybe @Kolka could clarify for us.
