    I would say yes... if it will be only a governor ranked player... maybe only 3 or 4 peer race... and when you use it ALL the AP is consumed... you go back to rank 9... and 24h cooldown of in-game time.

    ..but the case is why would the creator include it in the game when it is not validated anymore...

    24 hours CD? AP Reset?
    *_* A 12 Hour Cooldown would be enough , and the AP Reset is a bad idea IMO...
    I'd personally would buy with my Millions of AP some Potions or Armor sets/weapons..
    It's really not worth wasting like all ur AP For just a few minutes of pvp...

    So what i say:

    Usable only by Governors
    Usable only once every 12 Hours.

    And

    It should not last longer than it's supposed to & it should prevent u from flying.

    Ok nuff said --' let's wait for evil to get on.

    on Guardian transformation, make the price 3M AP or MORE per piece and make Governor only can use.
