    - Make random spawns more random to prevent stuck few creatures in some place
- Added correct message if player trying to giveup unaccepted quest
- Fixed Olympiad didn't start correctly next day if server restarted at Olympiad time
- Fixed incorrect Olympiad title set after Olympiad ends (Warrior title)
- Now Olympiad Title shared between all characters on account
- Update Stream bot to support new Twitch API
