    Grrrrrr!!!!.... Why i Cant vote????.... I Vote in my cp and it says Your IP address is already voted... How i can fix this problem ,, im on top rankings but this ****shit voting is given me an hypertension headache... PLs Gm Fix this ...

    You think THAT is the reason people will quit? Not the part where there isn't much to do?
    Just clean your cache, try clearing dns as well, and in future, vote using one IP or not on a shared IP.
