Well I bid on a house for the first time and I wanted to check out where it was at and all, so I decided to take a little adventure through Oriel

Nice little village, a bit dreary, maybe its just the weather/time? I hope so.

I was actually wrong, I thought I had bid on a house in that village but I didn't, and I'm very happy. Mine is up on the hill in Glimmertree Village (I was actually worried for a sec because I like Glimmertree so much more so I was trying to bid on something there but didn't have enough kinah, until I realized mine is in Glimmertree >.<)

As a bonus though I do get to look down on Josh

To make the reading shorter, you'll first have to do a quest in Pernon/Oriel to get your studio. Without a studio you cannot bid for a house/mansion/estate/palace (no palace is available as they are all occupied). After getting a studio, go to an auction board you can see beside a property to check the list of available houses that is open for bidding. Maximum amount to bid for a property is 10billion kinah but you cannot bid 10b straight, though. And just like how bidding works, you bid for a house you like. Outbid anyone else who bids on it to win. And if you're still the highest bidder of that property by Sunday when the bidding ends, you'll receive an in-game mail saying you won the bidding. From your studio, you are free to move to your new house.

And yes there are neighborhoods. Pernon and Oriel consists of villages. You can visit ones house if that house is open for public. Even your own legionmate's by using the crystal in your house.

There's 3 major areas ("states") which all have a major town and 3 sub towns, and every town has neighborhoods and stuff and each town does dailies to keep their town center looking nice and pretty, like little communities

And you can have plants that give you things like remodel sets once they're fully fertilized, and friends or people in your community or visitors will fertilize them for you

What could also work is some housing in some of the big rocks floating in Reshanta. Like Ataxiar. With lava and all and giant guns firing to any and all enemies. Maybe some Aether engines; since with Hyperion tech they managed to make the Aethertech, then we could have Aether World Engines to move giant rocks, like mobile fortresses, but obtainable. Sweet.
