I think you better vote "first" in your cellphone rather in a computer shop.
Its because the cooldown will repeat if someone voted before you do. Even though you knew the cooldown was ended for you to vote.

 

Try reading what people say on the thread...that's something that you can't do, just because once you log in game with cafe's IP it will be registered so. And if you will not log in game for days, on the moment you would vote it will say that you have to stay logged for 10min.

If you log in game with interent-cafe's IP and you try voting with your own cellphone connection, it shouldn't work. Otherwise explain us how you do

 

Try to log in you char. In the gameaion and w8 for 10min. And try to vote in your phone.

 

This will not work because if you log in game with internet cafe's IP on the website it will register that IP (you can even check your own) and if you try to vote with you phone it will give the same problem.

This problem has happenend to my friend some time ago, when he vote the web said "your computer alreddy vote in 12 hours" (i'm not sure if like this).

so Try to login your character with another IP and go vote.
After that when you login with your old IP, the vote has been normal again

Same problem with mine, I cant vote now, and also same of his, im using 4G sim to vote mg account, then this problem sucks now.

You mean I should login my Gamezaion account in another IP? should be in game or website only?

If you encounter this problem and you don't play in Internet-Cafe so you always use your own connection but you are used to log-in with your friend account too that's pretty obvious. Otherwise if you never logged with any other account that may be used by someone else, try to clean your cache and try again.

 

Please fix the voting system, i dont know why I must wait 12hours while my voting cooldown is zero. PS: Im not playing in the shop, I onky use cellular data load internet and there is NO VPN related with this. Thank you.

@Lier, I see 4 different accounts voted from the same IP address over the past 5 days. This might explain why you can't vote.

The voting system grabs the IP and MAC address from your last login. You use your cellphone, and your computer to vote, while you're not supposed to vote with more than one device.
Let the cooldown finish and stick to one device to vote.
