im using it atm (full +86 ms on my Firebrand gear) but still the enemy i enounter with 1.3k Magic Accu can still kill me

btw my MR stats is 17k

 

Mage with 1.3k Mag Accu? As far as i tested a week ago, magic resist sytem is working fine.

 

Hi same for me i have to test MR and MD equal can't resist magic attack may be it's only a bug i hope so

Nah, I think I have noticed, the ones who build full MA vs full MR.. most damage are effective. Shouldn't it be "Magic Resist" is a little bit higher than MA?

Depends. Magic Resist is better than magic defense (which is magic suppression).

 

If your cleric is full mr and you encounter a Mage full MA, there is no way you can resist. You can resist mages who have no mag accu socketted.

 

As what I expected. It's "fuckingly" annoying tbh esp if your enemy is SM. Fear locks.

 

Always been like that, fear lock can't be countered at all. My """"little"""" suggestion is when you're against a SM with cleric, is to save your ripple and cast it as soon as SM is using fear/fearshriek (give a look on YT to understand what i'm saying, works for sorc sleeps too). Will be a bit hard at beginning, but when you get the hand, most of the times you will surprise the enemy making them waste 1 fear which is a big advantage for you (especially in GvG fights).

 

Thank you for that. I may say, I cannot seem to see them casting the fear (except for sleep) which I am really so slow on popping out my ripple and getting slept/feared in the end, but there are times that I did it, so yeah. thanks.

Is very hand to pop ripple on 0.5 daevanion fear...but I assure you, can be done.

 

Can be done, depends on how fast the sm casts the fear or how advance I use the ripple.

Obviously you can stop the fearshriek letting cleric waste its ripple...but on this server stopping cast is a bit hard because the skill is landed at 80% of its casting time (moving and cutting animation). Pratice is the key.
