    Hello guys im Ronald also known as Ashieboy.
    If you play MU Games or Dekaron, then some of you may know me.

    I Tried Aion for a new experience and to test my new video card, Im playing on Super High settings and i dont feel any Lag. (Sorry for Bragging):wink:

    Well as you can see in my avatar im Obese Haha, Im on diet now so if anyone can give some advice then feel free to post :sideways:

    You can see me on my profile if you care lol, I'm kinda on a diet but taking a break currently, started with a goal to get down to 110 or lower from 120, I just stopped drinking pop, started drinking more coffee and went for walks after I ate, and I learned calorie value to the things I ate and never went above 1000 in a day.. pretty easy imo just takes dedication, so good luck with whatever you do.     Oh as for dieting i have a few suggestions ^^

    1. Excerise ex: daily runs is a must, the more you are able to enter the calorie burn zone (such as heart rate ove 130+) the better.
    2. Note on the food which you eat.

    A simple list as of my diet for now ^^( me want 6pack before summer)

    Anyways: Please always note your calorie intake but also the percentage fat,transfat in take as well.

    There are two kinds of fat:

    One, the healthy fats are from nuts, read meat(beef, lamb), white meat(chicken,duck) and seafood. Please do and try your best to avoid pork because among all meat products prok provides the least nuritions but the most "un-healthy" fats. Note: omega 3 Fatty acid is a definite good fat for you they are contained in flax seeds which is also high in fibre

    Two, the un healthy fats are fats called, trans fat, saturated fat and etc. To avoid these unhealthy fats, try not to eat the following: deep fried foods, sweets, ice cream, candy, potato chips or any other snacks. Most packaged foods contain unhealthy fats.


    Now, when you are dieting try to avoid PACKAGED FOODs, no matterr how NURUTIOUS they may seems, nothing is better than home cooke veggiee right from the market.

    A basic day for me:

    Wake at 6AM, go out for a quick run, come home cook breakfast(milk and high fibre grains such as wild rice, red beans and etc)
    Work...take care of kids...
    Noon, i usually eat an egg and a juice which is enough if one is on a diet
    work...take care of kids...
    Afternoon, take some fruits with you whereever you go, so instead of buying some fast food, eat an apple for a change for snack time.
    Dinner, is one of the most imporant time to know what to eat and how much to eat. After a long hard day of work...

    If you want to lose weight then you need to build muscle. You really don't need to do anything fancy. Just do some pushups and lift some dumbbells. The muscle growth will increase your metabolism and help you burn fat faster. Make sure you lift first and do cardio second and then eat after you workout.

    You also need to have a good diet. Cut back on the sweets and soft drinks. Avoid fast food(unless its something like Subway) and even if you are going to eat something unhealthy try to at least get some type of workout before so then most of it will be absorbed into your muscles. If you want proof if this works just check my pics on my profile.

    Grab treadmil, place in sauna room, exercise for 2 hours straight. You should lose a pound or two.

    Thats a nice advice Beastie ^^
    BUt Ashieboy Note that you have to eat about 6 Small and good meals everyday together with Cardio exercises if you wanna lose Fat... Especially the fat around your abs ^^

    You also need to build muscle because the muscle increase will cause your metabolism to rise thus giving you more fat loss.
