    hello... and welcome.

About loosing weight, everything that everyone said... plus, drink water instead of coffe, tea, juice and sodas, lots of water at least 1.5 liter peer day, 2 liters ideally ... that will help your kidneys to keep your body clean of the all the toxines you liberate by working out or whatever.

    peace

I just benched 300 ;o. It was a new record for me. I mean, sure, there was a lot of raw emotion I used that I normally don't have....but still. DAMN :).

I also do a lot of cross training stuff, not just regular lifting. I think it all aids for me having a high metabolism. I play sports a lot, and I eat small quantities of food frequently, so my body is constantly burning stuff. I don't think it'll slow down unless I stop ;o.

People seem to think small diets are extremely useful, but when you eat less, your body just stores more food, slowing down your metabolism and being counterproductive. Diets are useless if you refuse to be healthy throughout. Its a lifestyle.

Still in a few years your metabolism will slow down regardless of how active you are. I'm still very active yet I noticed that I don't eat as much as I did a couple of years ago.

I'm just saying, age doesn't mean anything for your metabolism. Remain active, and eat healthy, and your metabolism will still be in good shape :p

It will still be good, but for most people it will decrease. Sure it will be a lot higher than the average person's but unless you are one of previously mentioned athletes you will notice it decrease over time.
