    Hello,

    If you're unable to start or enter the game using Windows XP please try the following.

    - Download http://gamezaion.com/GamezAION.rar
    - Extract using winrar and copy the files into your AION folder
    - Start GamezAION.bat (right click->run) to launch the game

    Tip: Do not use the GamezAion Launcher to update any files.

    Good Luck!

    I'm the only one playing gamez here at the cafe
    and my ingame friends already have win7 :p
    edit: BCT doesnt seem to work since it directs me to the ncsoft BCT website(retail)

    Hm? You don't need these files to play on the official servers anyway. Note that if you put the two files in your official launcher won't be working. You'll need to delete them every time you want to play Retail and put them back for GamezAion.

    You might have the old item.pak.. download the this version Link: Click Me

    put it on the Aion/Data/Usa/Items and kindly delete the 3 .xml files.. Besure that you have the original item.pak on Aion/Data/Items..

    im a xp user, the fix works. but it doesnt with item.pak

    ive tried that, it crashes

    Personally I've found that the Loose Files version is the most stable one overall. I highly recommend that to anybody who's having problems with their game.
