    Worker Exchange bug​
    Bug Description:
    When attempting to purchase workers from the worker exchange, a message "The time allowed for purchasing at the Worker Exchange has been exceeded" pops up.
    I have tried all the towns I've been to (Olvia, Velia, Heidel, Glish, Calpheon, That port town, Keplan, Altinova) and they all return that message.    ​
    How to reproduce/proof:
