Workers getting stuck at 0 seconds​

Bug Description:

All of my tool workshop workers get stuck at 0 seconds and am forced to relog or character/channel swap to fix.​

How to reproduce/proof:

Put work on tool workshop making tool @ 50,000. Let worker run out of stamina, feed worker beer, hit repeat and work will get stuck at 0 seconds if all of above is done while online on same character. Possible issue on other work shops. Doesn't seem to be an issue with gathering/excavating, only workshops.

Only way to fix is re-log, switch character or switch channel.

UPDATE: Apparently my worker was bugged? I moved him to new workshop = still same issue. Promoted him to Artisan from Professional and now the issue is gone.​

Happens to me a lot, just press complete now and it'll start working normally.

 

yes, my Giant Worker gets stuck at 0s for every task... only relog works.
and there is no "Complete Now" button for... Potatoes.

 

I saw that this was a problem in another spot but I couldn't find it again. Seems the tool workshop and the clothing workshops are bugged. The timer gets to 0 for the work and then just sticks there instead of ending. I usually have to use pearl or change characters to restart the workshop. This is annoying when you afk for the night to find only one outfit or matchlock has been made. As a note I edited because I also just realized that this could be slowing worker progression as well.

 

I think I know what is causing it. Once you start a flesh new account, one of the quests give you a free worker.
That free worker is the one that is getting stuck, all the others are working fine.
If you manage to have patience and update that worker, he will no longer get stuck.
Tho, I sold mine, like I said before, for me, was only that worker that was getting stuck.

it isn´t only the free one. But it seems to be always the same worker / same spot. Can confirm this bug is still there.

Edit 01: Now it appears on a former functional worker. Got two bugged spots / nodes now. I fired the worker, replaced it. Readded the node - nothing helped to fix this.

Am also having the same problem. Changing channels will finish the process and get you your items and start on the next process. However I'd like for this to be fixed so that I don't have to change channels every 30-60mins just for that, because it's especially inconvenient if you have to be away from your pc and cannot manually restart the process.

Any progress on this "bug" ?

maybe its related to the talents / skills a worker learned doing working on any kind of node. Got lvl 15 artisan human now stuck. Before lvl 15 everything was fine. This bug is annoying, cause you don´t expect working workers getting stuck again ...

 

It is not fixed.
Started tonight silver clothes and it didnt made one item, stuck at 100%.
This happen for me only at creating silver clothes, not at the tool house, I can craft bottles without a problem, but if I craft clothes, then it stuck.

 

So seems this problem is still around. I have 2 workers that do this that are working on my tardewagon in Grana.
First it was 1 worker doing this, now there are already 2 of them.

 

Unfortunately this does happen, however luckily it is very rare that it does, and usually they fix it quickly with a server restart.

 

I dont think the server restart fixes it. Last weekend the server was restarted but the problem is still there. Always the same 2 workers. No matter what i try.
Even after letting them do other work they get stuck again.

I will wait for Kolko his responce and we will see if we can fix it. Thanks though for your reply

 

Okay, sorry that I couldn't be of more assitance then, hopefully Kolka will figure out how to solve the problem, if not then do as I did; as soon as you the possibility, FIRE those two workers and hire two new ones.
I did that to fix a similar problem.
