That is the legion cloak can buy it from npc ^^

 

This isn't the sorcerer's robe , it's the legion uniform or w/e it's called
Which can be purchased from the npcs in the legion offices the ones that sell the legion kisks.
if you can't see them , you need the new items.pak (And if u don't have it , pm me!)

if i didnt see the asmo emblem id probably guess it was a sorcerer's robe too

 

Also, in order to wear that, your legion has to be LEVEL 5 ~ x33
