    Even with everyone giving me item paks and shits, i still get Failed to Initialize the game, help me now -.-

    Too bad search feature is bugged, otherwise I would link you the fix.. Re-install the Gamez Launcher in you C:/Program Files/Aion folder D:

    i browsed around google and here is one of the solutions i found that someone who contacted ncsoft got an answer from

    1. Browse to your Aion installation folder (default: C:\Program Files\NCsoft\Aion).

    2. Delete the L10N folder.

    3. Start the NCsoft Launcher.

    4. Right-click the Aion entry in the NCsoft Launcher and choose Repair (Consistency Check).

    Let the repair complete and try the game again.

    If the issue persists please try the following also:

    1. Right-click the Aion entry in the NCsoft Launcher.

    2. Choose Properties.

    3. Click the Language Options button.

    4. Uncheck the German and French languages if either are currently selected, and be sure that the drop-down menu has "English" selected.

    5. Click OK there and on the Aion Properties window.

    Once these steps are done please try the game again and let us know if the issue persists.

    Quake , what is the error's id?
    Example: Aion(1024)Failed to Initialize the Game

    ps: too bad it wasn't the items.pak :| i hope your problem gets solved soon

    You said yesterday something like "Not running windows 2000.. i have Windows 7" i think @_@ w/e sorry.
    Anyway.. doesn't matter , i have Windows Vista too :p

    So ehm.. about the error , does it have an ID? e.g. Aion(Number Here)Failed to Initialize the Game

    Weird..
    I actually tought u were running XP SP3, since most of the users have problems with that OS, b/c they just make .paks for Win 7 / vista. . .
    But well..
    I'd advice to delete both items.pak in your client.
    /data/items
    and /data/usa/items

    Repair and then install the items.pak Uthi posted, worked for almost everyone ~

    But we need to know his error first :S changing the items pak might just be a waste of time..
