Ranger's DPS Still OP

Well recently Tritum posted a vid on ranger's dps. Well imma show you a ranger (built in a way that stats can be acheived via EAT set) burst damage on a full ABG sorc.

As you can see (the damage on Crystal and Lumiel is exactly the same), ranger damage is fine as it is. Fully buffed with agon arrow I can no doubt hit a 3k on this ABG sorc, which is perfect considering he has 9k hp.


EDIT: Not actually OP, but it is normal.

 

It's not that they're OP, but it's the Silence/trap/entangling shot/root effect in which is currently imba.

 

As you can see in vid this sorc has 2k mr. It's been fixed

 

i find there skills not annoying, i'd rather see glads' stumble effect get nerfed.

 

Rangers on retail burst way heavier and faster than on here =/ :s

They are both VERY DIFFERENT classes.

i don't think rangers are OP, all class would probably do the same. but if all rangers would be that really pro then i'd say nerf it...
what i find really annoying are glad's stumble effect how that 1-2 sec (God the animation when it gets up feels like 10 seconds) effect enough to kill. not like they only have 1 skill that does it.

 

Well I'll admit rangers have an enhanced variety of skills to select from, which retail rangers do not (ignoring the fact rangers here realy do not output the same damage as retail rangers... retail rangers are ****ing insane crazy fkers!).

However... that same thing can be said about sorcerers, gladiators, chanters, clerics, spiritmasters, assasins, etc.

Although I'd love stigma system, I'm not about to move to Lumiel for it.... spiritmasters would THRIVE in a stigma-implemented server.

Yes I do. You can't expect to be hitting 2-3ks on eat/abg players without buffs. That's just silly.

Yes I do. FULL ABG SORC. Hitting 2.3k on explosive fully buffed is good. Any more damage and you're just asking for too much.

 

I think they should nerf sins too.
This is outrageous!
Sins should only do 40 damage per hit TOPS with anything!

Sin's damage is pretty high truth be told.

If I was gonna spend that time I'd just go play retail o.o;

Aww it only takes like 2 months to get abg.

 

That's two months I could've spent getting EGT on retail.
And after two months i'd be pretty damn close to having it all.
