Can't open the game

    Hi i dont now is my Problem or not. But i dont have access to the web of the server and when i try to open the launcher say this error (XML Does not have the correct Format) If its my only problem iam glad to help me with a solution. Thanks.

    i can't open the game using the launcher on my desktop, but when i log to my friend's pc, i am able to get it using the launcher. then to another friend's laptop, i am unable to get it using the launcher

    currently using .bat to get through to the game, but i wish they would fix the launcher.

    yeah, tried it, it gives an error still.
    this problem occured on my end when the launcher wanted me to press update game, then start game, then good. then decided to log out, after a couple of hours, i clicked on the launcher, it doesn't bring up the usual interface. it gives an error instead.

    repair your game and re install launcher, though i update my launcher few days ago and this problem appeared today lol

    I do it yesterday and the problem appear recently. You can open the game Untouched?. I keep waiting for this solution. I use Win XP 32 bit. And sorry for my confusing english again xD.

    yes i can play fine
    i have never had any problems with my client on my laptop
    however on my computer i cant get aion to run at all xD

    same issue..had it working yesterday..today went to log in and got the error message xml does not have the correct file format..running win 7 x64 updated/repaired main aion file...uninstalled /reinstalled it..still nothing
