    Basing on this response, platinum medals were wiped 2 weeks ago. How else could you legitimately gain 2000 medals in less than two weeks? I'm being generous with a week, but that was posted just last week.

    Hopefully, you must have the trading logs in you Chat folder in Aion on your HDD. You could provide it as a proof of your trades. A HGM could verify it by checking the database if you could also provide certain time when you did the trades.

    If my Platinum will not be back i just want to get the items that I trade for it Because my other char now have no gears for that reason.....=.=

    Just as information, it's kinda ridiculous to come post over here with saying:"i lost my 2002 Platin medals" -.- even if you traded ALL your ITEMS to get those medals, please tell me how another player could get so many in 1 week ?? DUPE that's the only answer i got on it.

    Im pvping since 2.5 release non stop inggison/gelkmaros and i get a lot of platin medals! (25 -_-) so yeah. Hope you get a screenshot of your trade, or the chat.log to proove it.

    Indeed you can say bye to them if you don't send us proofs.
