has M.Res got fixed yet?

i went to pvp just about a hour ago. and i noticed that i got slow, root,bind, -def by glad and slow, root by ranger and debuff by chanter almost every time they hit me by those skills, like 9/10.
i tested it again by dueling and i believe that MR doesnt resist those effects.
Evilset said he fixed it but only resisting some stun effect. not all debuff effect.
and those effects r magical, base on MA rite? i have 2100 MR and i dont believe that those ppl socket all MA
need to be fixed again?

 

I have 2k MA and I can't hit people with 2k MR, so.. um.
