I have been hacked

Hii , i have been Hacked ingame, Today when i login My char was in other map near an Wherehouse, and all my Items was GONE! Scrolls etc.. I didnt Gaved my Account info to noone! Plz Carl or Higher Power check Logs/Ips and bann those motherfu.....

Um, sounds more like hacked than scammed o.o
Scams i believe only happen in trading, i hab no idea.

Well, that would be in the GameServer logs, if Carl keeps them. So contact Carl or simply give a SAM or higher proof of your previous items and get refunded :\

Keeping your account safe is your own responsibility, no one would hack into your account if you didn't share your password with anyone, either you fell for an AM impersonator, or went to one of those fake credits/AP giving sites which steal your account info.

 

I didnt Shared my accoutn with none!! and i didnt went to any Sitee! omg im not dumb! Just check the Logs!

you hacked for some reasons:
1) you tell someone ur email and password
2)you enter some site that telling you that the vote reward will be 5x or (KEY LOGGER)
3)GOOD LUCK hope your items will back



if you log in your acct the gm/admin cannot detect the ip of the logger instead of the hacker its ur ip will be seen.

 

as i told before, i never share my acc info with anyone, and i dind enter in any website . carl can check the Logs, no matter if i enter after

 

Seeing how a hacker hit the main site and forums...i wouldnt be surprised if that was the cause...even if he didnt give his info out doesnt mean you cant be hacked.

 

Those account details haven't been published.I'm pretty sure about that because I know who hacked the site.

That sucks for you. On retail they send you a notification saying that another IP logged on your account. I hope that Gamez does have a log of account log-ins. If so, they will track those ''motherf*ckers'' down

Even if you went on a website that puts a keylogger on your computer, you could never know. So if you are telling the truth (and I'm not saying you're a liar) then I really hope you get your stuff back. It must be frustrating.

 

Had a really easy to guess password perhaps? -.-
Like ur name or ur email or phone number or age or forum username.. or same id/pw

You really expect from the staff to believe just some words? They need solid proof.. I mean , u could've just traded ur gear..
And if u really tried to log on a fake credit giving website , u wouldn't tell us anyway because you would also get banned from here Lol.
Giving you back your items isn't a solution either , you will get robbed again if someone knows ur password...
Perhaps u gave ur email to someone?? (+the password)
Or played from an internet cafe and had the "remember id/password" boxes checked at msn?
