    I really need this supplements (NOT lesser...), Aion database says Distine (from elyos) sell them

    I haven't tried it myself, but I heard that since 2.5 was put in, you can't actually get the supplements from the npc anymore. So when you do find it, try to buy 1 first, so you don't waste your kinah.
