Can't fly in starter area.

    It won't let me fly in the beginner area. Aren't I supposed to be able to since its freefly?

    Try to open your System.ovr file using the Notepad (C:\Program Files\NCSoft\Aion\System.ovr) and paste in this:

    -- [System-Configuration]
    -- add your settings to this file, not system.cfg
    g_chatlog = "1"
    log_IncludeTime = "1"
    log_Verbosity = "1"
    log_FileVerbosity = "1"
    g_open_aion_web = "0"
    g_save_preset = "1"
    g_auto_disconnect = "0"
    g_freefly = "1"
    ng_freefly = "1"


    ps: I didn't try to fly there since the last update , so i don't know if this will solve ur problem or not , but it's worth a try :p
    Oh and i heard whoever has the 2.5.0.4 Client Version , is having problems with freeflying. (To see ur current version , open the version.ini which is located in your Main Aion Installation Folder)

    Follow the guide on downgrading 2.5.0.4 to .0.3 will let u get chat.log, -devmode to make u able to use console from using Pause Break key on the keyboard and set FREE-fly.

    Btw if u r playing in lumiel, its no longer free-fly but still have large flight time for Abyss PvP

    What's the exact command in the console to enable free fly? Oh and for some reason it keeps coming up with tons of errors on the console. Is that supposed to happen?

    The console has been disabled cause people were abusing it :S changing camera settings and disabling fog effects etc. last time. They enabled console again? wtf lol

    so I downgraded to 2.5.0.3 and replaced the code in my system.ovr and I still cant freefly. any ideas?

    Lol downgrading has nothing to do with it , except if 2.5.0.3 makes the system.ovr work. If not , it means he won't be able to fly anyway since in retail u can't either.

    btw. I do have access to the console. I just don't know how to enable freefly or anything like that.

    Get system.ovr file out of your mind. It will no longer exist. After you downgraded to 2.5.0.3, use the .bat launcher with -DEVMODE "g_freefly 1" postfix
