clerics can reach 2400 and they dont resist that much
so try another explanation ^^

 

MCD gs fused with abg or eat gives you high enough accu .. around 2300ish
with chanter buffs he can reach 2400 w/o accu manastones socketed

Its a bug, he probably got "stunned" but sometimes stun doesnt actually stun, but the animation does. Kinda like root. Sometimes when u root someone they "stand still" but keep moving.

add them both up = Newbie with low MA casting on 2122 MR. hmmm
