After the so called update about having the OPness of Sorcerers FIXED, I kinda lost the appetite playing my Sorcerer again. But I guess there is still hope. I don't remember inflicting such damage to someone *Envy much.

I've been gone since last winter/mid-summer of last year.. I used to wreck people with the instant casting and stuff. Did everything change? From what I've read they did..

 

well i can't say the skill is not OP, but as an assassin you have no excuse why you got hit, you have 3 skills to resist, 1 skill for silence and 1 stigma for silence... RipClaw -> Signet of Silence/Radiant Rune ftw.

well yeah it matters how your clash with the sorc started. but if you die, live with it, for a leather type user don't expect to tank and last long. deal with it, learn for your mistakes.

but for a Glad/Templars who got the same amount of damage yes, that's too much.

for an AOE dp skill, yes its too much, it deals 6k-7k for me as an assassin. SB would have been understandable but AOE. its too much.

Sin need more damage, like retail, sin can kill fast, "KILL OR DIE"

like i said for a skill yes its OP. but for a leather user don't think you can last long of you get hit. sins are good with evading, i know its not much but its usuable still. so don't come at me like raging noob. LTR.

PS. if your on Siel - all stigma, Signet is there and it's available for use. for Lumiel it's harder so we need to think what we put on and the topic starter is also from Lumiel.

well i wasn't talking to you, it was intended for the thread starter. if i was, i'll quote what you said.

Make no sorcerer spell do more than 3.5k

Make no gladiator attack do more than 2.5k.

Fix fear or remove it.

Nerf break power (to do max 2k.)

If the above is done, I think this server would do pretty fine. Everyone would PvP without getting 1-shotted.

are there any ranger skills that deal more than 5k? i don't know if it exist.

 

When I first looked at AION, i researched the gameplay, reviews and community comments in Retail NA, I remember the review how versatile AION was not like WoW where every class was a nuker and how AION does not have an IWIN button. altough this is gamez and not retail i'd still agree on this, no skill should deal more than 3k, no AOE skill should deal more than 2k. that should create balance.
