NCsft DL HTTP-BITS prob

    it says here if u may not be able to read it that: The server does not support the necessary HTTP protocol. Background intelligent Transfer Service(BITS) requires that the server support the range protocol header.

    This is a problem by my former professor in high school he would like to play aion and I lured him to play here at gamez. He is filipino but lives and works now at UAE, Dubai. Is there some internet block there or something preventing for him to DL this, im not very IT savvy so IDK about what error it was, my only theory is that it needs to upgrade some kind of software patch/upgrade.

    that must be a problem with ISP filters but i'm not sure.

    looking at the issue it seems that the BITS is enabled it just can't connect to NCSoft Server.

    remove the <br%20/><br%20/>i

    it seems forums has issues parsing links.

    Ok thanks JJo Ill try to send that link to him. I read it and sounds familiar, I did tell him that it might be his firewall up.
