No Reward Kinah?

I don't mean to be a bother, but I didn't get the reward Kinah for voting for gamezaion 5 times. I got the credits, but not the Kinah.

Here's what happened in this particular order.

1. I logged off.
2. I voted.
3. after about 10 minutes, I log back in to see if I got Kinah.
4. I pout because I didn't then came here.

Now I'm sure that there's a reason for it, but I did exactly what was said to be done in order to get the Kinah. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I like this server so anything I can get is a good help

 

First, click on Vote Reward to go exactly the page you can vote for kinah. Second, input your in-game nickname before click Vote.

 

What the fuck does that have to do with what she's asking?

 

First of all, I'm a girl.

Second of all, I had already done that for all 5 of the Vote Reward things.

It's not concern about male or female, we're talking about bug, right?

Maybe your account got bug. Ask GM for more helps.

Anyway, I don't think it's bugged. But I might ask a GM directly anyway.

 

Was your character offline for at least 60seconds before you tried to vote?

That is the only thing I can think of that might be the problem.

Barring that, according to your account of what happened you did everything right.

Perhaps the only other thing I can think of (which is unlikely) perhaps you misspelled your character's name ...five times...in a row... ... ... probably not.

Edit: I see your post count is only 3, so you must be new to the forums (or, at least, new to posting on them). So I'd like to say welcome to the forums.

Yes, I am sure I was logged out for at least 60 seconds. It took me at least 2 minutes to figure out where I had to vote for this anyway xD

What you can do to make sure voting is working is to log in the main site and check if your char is standing there.
P.S. something i do before voting is to go to player inventory first to check.

And guys stay on topic next time.

 

just to make/ clarify things:

1. log in to ur account here http://gamezaion.com/
2. click vote reward to a new tab 5x
3. type the name of ur character in-game for each vote.
4. vote for Gamez Aion
5. check ur add list if it shows ur rewards
6. log out and dont play for 5 to 10 minutes just to make sure (go to Gamez Forum to spend time while waiting).
7. log in-game and see ur character.


if u have done all of the above exactly as it was then mayb the best thing to do is check it again tomorrow prolly just a glitch.

by tomorrow if it still did not give kinah pls post again in ur thread so just to make clear that it is really a problem and is the first time we heard of this issue.

Make sure you have been logged out of aion for 5 minutes and that you let the vote page load after the capcha.

What browser are you using, Works fine for me in Internet Explorer and Chrome.
