thanks man, even my friend in game are also complaining about it and even other good sorcs are also saying that their character are imbalance. zny(lumiel) i will study how to kill them fast, but that stone skin is really annoying >.<

Uhhm well i wrote a long reply but somehow it didnt go through i was saying that the trick to beat sorcs is to keep them in a close range at all times and not run away from them. Use C to auto atk and cast skills when you can. Run away only if u think hes on cds. So that way u can heal too. When u first see them you should go aggressive on them. use full MR if ur a glad.

 

Honestly, if you can't even go through stone skin, you're a terrible player - like srzlu. Sorcs can be damn easy to kill once you get close enough, as a glad you can't dish out 2k dmg? wut? >.<

 

I'm lumiel server and i don't plan on becoming vip cause i already have the max items )

I can understand this guy's pain, as a Chanter I already found it hard to kill Sorcs & SMs and now since their stone skin has improved in 2.5, I find it twice as hard to beat them now. I did like 60% of my attacks just to get rid of the stone skin of a sorc. An SM? I have no chance as a Chanter. So nowadays I'm on a Templar but trying to farm Lannok Greatsword and DDG Mace.

 

Glads now have low damage compared before, you can only hit with 2k damage if it's critical and you can't stumble a sorc with stone skin on. The heaviest damage a glad can inflict is when the enemy is stumbled. Ofcourse i can break it but sorcs will just cast another one, then they run/leap if you break it then before you break it you're dead or all of your skills are on cd. Or they will just dp you with 1-2 hits before you get close to them. I think i'm not that bad because i'm like famous for being a skilled glad *blush* i win 2nd or 3rd place most of the 1v1 tourney i joined in(I just lose to sorcs duh, wintry=death or Supplication=death) and every cleric wants to pt with me cause i protect them, and i kill fast and kill steal a lot. It's just that sorcs are annoying D: *blush*

 

haha.stone skin + insane pure damage. @_@ every time i encountered a fully equip abg sorc i run like a chicken. No chance, especially when there are many sorc in a party. 3-4 lumiel's wrath = wipe out.

 

for real what a QQ on heavyest dmg class in gamez.. what a shame.. ahh yeah and sorcs stone skin is 1550 sm's have near 2k.. abaut wintry.. go get you extendable you idiot.. wintry not hit you after that.. wasnt really mater it have lower dmg since you have you dmg boost skills.. and put dam silence or para.. sorcs are easyest to kill.. you just need know how to use you charter.. i bet you are again 1 faceroller glad who think glads can own everything.. stop QQ and learn to play..

im templar i wasnt have any probs against sorcs.. they are so weak.. resist 90%+ they skills event thou using macc buff.. i dont see what a big deal abaut stoneskinn

 

don't!chanter is good now because they are stronger now and harder to kill than glads when you're full geared ofcourse. I think you just put on elemental ward?then take the damage then run then comeback when sorc's skills are on cd[but they have very fast cooldown and asmodian socs have no cast time )] so goodluck!haha

 

No offense taken at all, you're expressing your point of view but to be honest with you, if you're ally quitting because of Sorcs then you're quitting for a stupid reason. I still don't understand why people get so worked up over Sorcs power as it is now.

I've been getting killed a lot lately and you know what I did? I improved my Templar's setup to resist Sorcs and it's working out. I don't resist 100% but I get to resist their most powerful skills more often than I ever did. What did I get out of it? The joy of having a sorc go all out on me and watch me survive to come closer and destroy their shield and chew thru their AP.

Only the handful of good sorcs out there can survive a fight after they've used up their main skills.

Instead of complaining about the Sorcs and quitting the same because of them, why don't you fix yourself up and change your tactics to beat them? Aion might be a Button Smashing game for some but there is so much more that you can do to survive any battle against any character.

If the game won't chance for your benefit, then change yourself and have fun.

 

Keep in note that I don't play in Gamez at all, I play on a completely different server. The damage ratio is very different. Chanters are cool but against magic users in a high rate, they aren't the best choice. Soul strike has an already low chance to stun and then the fact they naturally have 1.7-1.8k MR (Not full MR), they reduce the chance like hell. It took 11 tries to land a stun on crafted geared users.
