Gladiator: taking down clerics

Just wondering if there is an easier way to take down clerics with a gladiator? Maybe I can get a skill set, gear equiping ideas, or even stigma ideas. I notice that is the most difficult class to go toe to toe with any ideas? Please no smart*ss remarks.:kewl:

 

Play MR manastone build and resist all his attacks. he/she will just stop attacking you and let you win.

 

If the cleric is somewhat good, you're destined to die.

Even if you resist all the attacks, clerics will just flee easily.

 

now glad damge is nerfed u cant kill a good cleric never only mages can do it

 

Knock them down with cleave. It does almost every other hit.

 

well im full mr so i dont have any problem haha they cant hit me

 

PvP-wise, yes we can flee. Duel-wise-Play Mresist and do cleave like the ablazd says, this works on me. Time it at everytime we try to heal so u can cancel it.

 

but they have instant heal +shield+ abyss potions is not so easy if u are not able to kill in 1 combo ur dead

 

Yeah I had an interesting tussel earlier. I did all the right things like knock em down over and over. The battle lasted like 2 min. which is way too long it got old LOL. I would hate to add MR and take away from any other stat that could be more helpful than just warding off one class.

 

Get their HP low, save your stumbles for that moment.

 

Getting a separate Gear seems to be in trend for such things. I am currently completing a gear that I can use as an MA set for my cleric.

Now those clerics are just too lame and desperate to even use potions in a duel.

 

Im a cleric,you will never kill me unless you got some serious help. Magic resist manastones would help you survive but wouldnt help you kill a decent cleric. Besides,i can always switch to mac set and bypass your resist..

 

Using potions is a big+ to win any fight. Noob is someone who doesnt use,not someone who uses. About duels if they state in the beginning "no pots" then yeah,but always remember when fighting a healer you will go down too fast without your precious potions. Believe it or not i have 10 different kind of potions in my cleric,also jellies and recovery crystals. Never know when you ll need those

 

im tired about the duel rules is here any book of rules? u can do what u want and when u want

 

mres abg chain + glasses --> if they somehow disable you hit RS then the +attack% move, then pop beserk, charge, SW, CB, KD skills, AS, vampiric wave chain

I somehow agree with you,just no DP skills thats way too noobish,especially if the cleric throws wod or the sorc shadowburst..

Mcc glasses arent worthy..to have 60 extra resist and lose pvp def from your abg chain helm..

only elemental defence can help u vs magical atack or magic resist [h=3]Physical defence its useless[/h]
