Really sad that someone would choose a game that isn't real over a relationship that could lead to marriage or more and happiness beyond that of what a game could bring. Just see it as he wasn't the right one for you and that there is someone else much better suited for you.

 

2 years and 4 months of relationship over 9 months of playing this game. I'm so dumb that I thought we're gonna last longer, cause I'm ready to live my life with him.

I have heard of many situations where long distance turned into a marriage. It's just all a matter if both of the persons are true to the relationship. TBH, just see it as he wasn't the right one for you. Any guy who chooses a GAME over a 2 year long relationship where as your willing to do anything for him is crazy.

Also, try being a bit more sensitive, Ablazed, "Guess you weren't good enough" is a bit harsh.

 

A kid who doesn't have love life since he's not yet allowed. What's more to expect? Wasn't good what? A game can actually replace a person's goodness? A partner that has been there for you for 2 years and 4months. A person that can always stay even this game shuts down. Just doesn't make sense so don't blame me for dropping conclusions, Ablazed.

I say, never mind his reply and don't even bother thinking what the things you have done, as long as you know what you did it means that you did everything to save the relationship. If it didn't work, it's not your fault, which indeed, not your fault!

It's all a matter of thinking that there are plenty of other fish in the sea and that one was a bad catch. Just be true to yourself and you'll find that catch that you will be proud to call you own, and he will do the same and do anything for you as well.

 

I hate when people say "this person chose the game over me!".

It's like an ultimatium, hate when people do that.

"Either you give it up or I'm gone. And I know you like me, so I'll put you into a hard place!"

People are still individuals, and if you fell inlove with them before you should love them for who they are... regardless you decided to be with them, people aren't owned by anyone.


A relationship is something between two people working together accepting eachother for one anothers flaws, not a slave and master dogmatic ownership. No one should be with someone and get with them for a few years (2 years is nothing) and then decide to break them like a goddamn horse.

thanks for the reply guys/gals. i feel a lot better now. i'll just wait for him if ever. since he is my inspiration, i'll strive harder in everything i do. i totally forgot, im from the philippines and he went to canada with his family. a really long distance relationship
