Thx for making my class completely unplayable.

Well as time passes the dmg on my chanter keeps getting lower and lower until i just got fed up, so i came and made this thread to bring chanters out in the light, they dont deserve this BS. Im now doing 1k crits with mountain crash and 400-500 dmg normally. My two other chains, meteor strike and hallowed strike are doing 100s, sometimes i see them doing 50s and 80s.

My stuns never land since pretty much every1 has around 1.5k MR as a base stat. While on the other hand rangers are proccing their crit stuns and skill stuns pretty much 100% of the time, u cant remove shock, so u just pretty much sit there and take in all the dmg until the zerg catches up to u and rapes u in an instant. Tanking the dmg is pretty much impossible since of the 100% debuffs, im walking away from a zerg at a speed of 5.0 or sumshit like that.

"MR" being pretty much useless atm, since all debuffs are now 100%, and yet i find my chanter's binding word still being resisted every time. I have no clue how ur supposed to fight a 2v6 for example when there is glads that proc crit stumbles every other hit, temp doing 5k breakpower, ranger constantly stunning u and lets not forgetting slowing u down, sorcs just tanking dmg like no tomorrow ( with this ridiculous dmg output, even cloth can tank nowadays)

So yeah thx for pretty much fkin up my class, yet i still continue to play it cuz i just love chanters and i doubt i would ever re-roll to any other class. im just really disappointed in what this server has been doing to this class, complete massacre in every update we have. Only classes being targeted are glads, rangers, sorcs... since thats pretty much 95% of the server population, one small nerf on one of these classes and we have a fkin uproar in forums, OMFG my sorc cant 2 hit ppl anymore what do i do?... rangers => omg my dmg is too low, boost it up plz and while ur at it give us 100% debuff procs, 100% stuns.. thx.

I can keep on ranting more and more but im tired and im gonna go sleep, so yeh. Im prob gonna wake up tomorrow to see my chanter even more useless as it is right now... once again thanks.

 

I've noticed. I quit chanter quite some time ago. "If you're not going to be support, then you're kinda useless" was the message that I perceived from playing on this server.

Doesn't seem like it's getting better for chanters either. Since everyone runs MR, you can't stunlock too well, and you can't damage.
Damage is below average, and healing is above average. Stuns are non-existent.

 

Yeah, we aren't as great as we could be, but I'm still managing. I just have to kite a lot more, and group as well x.x It's a pain, yeah, but oh well.

Oh btw, Sins were also pretty nerfed, so I guess you could say it's not just Chanters.

Binding rune hasn't worked for last 3 days, even in duel with char wearing pve gear....*facepalm* assassins are getting harder and harder to play, but it's fun to meet it face to face.

 

Really? A chanter in my legion is still hitting hard as hell lol. She killed my ranger in like 4 seconds.

isntead of pretending your chanter is a gladiator.

 

A few complain now because they can't resist 100% like they did before.. understand that resist that much it's ridiculous.. now the formula it's working more retail like so MR should be effective only for ppl with full MR sets. But even with that set ppl like SM or Sorcerer with MA on their set should be able to hit you anyway. MR doesn't mean invincible.

About the damage we need to see if other chanter with crit manastones or attack deal the same damage as you.

 

totally true, ive been glad, but to be glad is to damn borring dmg is insane,def is too,tons of healing, sometimes i been killing out whole groups alone. atm balance between classes is totally zero.

 

**** it, I'm putting my ABG chain set and using my crit accessories and polearm on a gladiator and going to smash you all into hell until my MR is fixed -.- I have no interest in being gimped.

 

You even know how MR formula works in Aion?
