Weaken Spirit extra damage

    in 2.5 Weaken Spirit should deal extra dmg when the target is in fear, and since CC skills are no longer affected by cast speed, that skill is very important so sm can actually do some damage
    Weaken Spirit IV - Aion Skill - aiondatabase.com

    Inflicts 1011 magical wind damage on a target within 25m, and deals additional Air damage if the target is a spirit.

    i prefer to use the SPIRITS. rather than weaken spirit..

    omg.. the magical dmg skills have damage depends only on the magic boost and there isnt max and min dmg like on physical skills
    if you use any magical skill on the same mob you will always inflict the same dmg.
    try it if you dont trust me :\

    physical attack-s dmg depends on three things:
    1.attack by default
    2.attack bonuses (from armor, weapons,weapon enchantment level,manastones,accessories)
    3.weapon's attack stat for example: ABG Sword which has 180-222
