Help plzz

Hello guys if any AM here who resides in manila pls visit us here at puregold libertad located in Pasay.Really need your help guyz coz we are having some trouble updating our gamez aion here and lots of player are still waiting.we are located at thesecond floor of the mall, and the name of the store is IN D CORNER.THERE NO GAME AUTHORIZATION TO THE GAME SERVER, this is what appear in the screen,we re install the gamez but still its the same.Thank you guys and more powerouty:

Usually , Re-Downloading and installing the Gamezaion Launcher solves such issues. If it doesn't , try Downloading this: www.gamezaion.com/GamezAION.rar and placing the content in your Aion Installation Folder (The Main Folder , C:\Program Files\NCSoft\Aion). It solves that problem sometimes.

The GamezAION.rar contains a .bat file which you are going to use as your Gamezaion launcher. Run the game through that .bat

Let me know what happened after you do that so i can help you if it won't solve the problem.


You still can try to repair your Client if nothing works through the NCSoft launcher. (Make sure the NCSoft Launcher's Region is set to North America. You can change that from the File->Settings->Advanced tab->Region.)


ps: Make sure you have the Correct Game Version , this Server Supports 2.5.x.x (I personally have 2.5.0.3/2.5.0.4 , i have a copy of my client on which i test the new updates.) If your clients' version is still 2.1.x.x then that's why you cannot connect to the Server.

 

We already did that and it took us long hour to finish but boy oh boy its still the same.some i'm hoping for some expert to come here,just a pot of luck

Save and rename to GamezAION.bat (change the .txt extension to .bat) and put it in your Aion Installation Folder , try running the Game through it.

Not that's it's gonna change anything but it's worth a try.

 

I know only one Filipino who is an AM and she is Bryne the only HGM in this community. I seldom find her here in the forums, seems to be busy IRL. But no AM can go at ur location just to fix ur client, I dont think they support that. Although Im from laguna and willing to share my working client, U just gotta bring an external HDD.
