Any final reply about stigmas/servers?

Well Im just reading many threads and comments about stigmas, server change and blah blah blah. Can anyone answer this questions to me so I can finally get the situation?
1. I read an old update that says Stigma system will be on Siel, what about that?
2. Is siel going to have stigma system some day?
3. Will the adm bring us the option to change from server WITH ALL our items?

Im currently in Siel but I would really like to play lumiel, the fact is just I have all my items in Siel and in Lumiel im full 14days set lol...

And this srly sorry for my crappy english, i feel so dumb this morning

 

1. Dumped.
2. I think no, majority won twice already (no stigma system).
3. I'd love to see it done as well -- perhaps.

 

Im wondering if all (well not ALL) the qq threads about OP classes are from Siel players. That would be funny
