Thank you, I just had to Express it How would you feel if you have donated over the quantity required to be VIP yet I don't have my trophy, oh and on top of that, I get a cocky Arrogant response.

 

It's pointless nagging about it, despite what you may assume staff members do have lives outside of Gamez where we all happen to volunteer ;p

While I would have worded it somewhat differently his point is correct nonetheless, if you choose not to be patient that's your problem.

Your VIP rank will be assigned as time permits, complaining will do nothing to change that.

Alente, I would've been okay with a simple: "Be patient, I have a lot of work to do" but no, his answer was just arrogant.

I work 12 hours a day, I'm doing a 42A job (Human resources) and I Deal with a lot of paperwork. And on top of that, Im in forums all day and playing . Is not that hard. If he is not up to it, carl can choose someone like you, dedicated.

 

I guess be patient as how I've been patient when I asked them to replace an item I lost due to server lag.

It's not really bad to point out his main reason, that he's busy with his life and can't really find a time to grant requests like this. But I guess they have to think as well that some here donates because of the VIP tag+items. They expected a recognition as they helped the server and I know it's frustrating when you don't get what you think you deserve, as soon as you want it to be. But as Alente said, you have to wait, really. Because he's the only one who's granting requests, and I guess all you have to do is to deal with his busy life.

 

Well what do you expect it's a freakin rip off server, so don't think you get a class a service, notice how they say "donation" in the page? It means your not obligue to give and you should not expect anything in return. So suck it up.

We all know that Donation is not really donation and just being used for publicity. And yes, he got the rights to feel bad since he wants to be recognized and he deserves it as he donated.

 

I would do my job to avoid such complains period.
