Remove shock - bugged

    In general, this skill is delayed from time to time. Sometimes it would not let me use it until a 1-2 second afterwards, this is for both PvP and PvE. This isn't from lag either. As well, many times after remove shock is used, the chain takes awhile to activate when used. I often have to press my hotkey many times for these two skills to occur. Other times, the chain skill won't even get activated. I was not silenced or anything, no ping problems (my ping is literally between 70-120, for both gamez aion and in retail) and never had any issues with skills..at least in retail.

    The buff of remove shock is bugged too, is you use the chain of the remove shock, the buff automaticly dissapear.

    as i know, in a knock back states(from Rupture arrow, frozen shock etc..) using Remove shock would be delayed

    it`s ment like that, in retail its either you use remove shock and get the 7 second buff, or, you use remove shock and the chain skill, and you dont get the 7 second buff.

    i have cases like this too.. i am not able to remove shock until i can freely move, its like they're having a free hit on me.. :/
