Please specify the exact thing u did. U might have been mistaken.

Can u check ur cc.ini file in ur Aion Directory? if it is cc = "1" then u r using USA on Data folder if not maybe it is EU. So u have to place the .xml files from that thread to the EU/Items folder.

 

I did the following:

I went to the folder NCSoft / AionEu / Data / USA / Items, and delete the file that was there
Download the file Uthi and moved it to the same folder name above..

u DLed .xml or .pak file? Try to download both for Xp/7 and win7. Follow both steps and put it in ur USA/items folder. Im just trying to help, and what I mean is if it is cc= "1" then ur client will open USA/items. If not it will open EU/items.
