Hanja's hack's are making the server lag.

Why isn't he being banned? Enough player's know he hack's his ass off.

Worst thing is, every event I've been to on my elyos the GM has ported him as one of the first during events.

I kinda agree. Keep rambling your ass off that rangers can do that, yet I see very few other rangers pulling that attack speed off. Attack speed is not a skill, so don't tell me thats the excuse...4 skills in 1 second. Why don't you try it before you try protecting him, because it simply isn't possible in ONE second.

 

I have even seen him do it without courage scroll and swift shot thing (the skill that boosts attack speed, and is supposed to make you stunned if you take damage).

 

I agree Ive seen Hanja wipe a whole party (4 people) in about 7 secounds

-19% pvp orb
-25% vaisiel's wisdom
-8% cast speed gloves
-9% awakening scroll
-10% magic boost buff.

 

Lets ban him so the server can run smooth again.

I'm an Asmo.. and I can pull off about 4 skills in one second too.
But if he doesn't have buffs on, then it's not quite possible.

Yes 3 members in 1 legion. Yet any ranger who tries it by himself will notice its not possible. Instant cast skills don't mean shit. Retail rangers (where ALL their skills work) can't do it either. Its not possible without some kind of 3rd party program IMO.
