is it possible to control a dream?

just a question?

 

According to my friends it is, but for me, it's impossible.

 

It is possible, but its not easy, you have to train yourself to be able to have that kind of a thought process during your dream state.

 

I've done it before (only a few times), not while in deep sleep, but right before I wake up, I can feel and hear stuff in real life but I'm dreaming at the same time, I think about things happening and they happen in the dream.

It's weird really, because you still don't remember any of it :x or at least I don't.

Not really, only if you perceive it that way ;p Being able to imagine things in a dream is completely different than your standard imagination, its not really something you'd compare together.

no but seriously, I've had great sex in a dream and I'm in full control of the dream but when I'm about to Ejaculate, I just wake up =S not fun at all then I have to finish the job on the bathroom >.>

 

I never remember my dreams unfortunately. The only kind of dreams I have, are day-dreams, which are easily controllable.

Yes, you can I find dream to be similar to imagination. its not always easy sometimes you just go along with the dream, but if you actually imagine stuff while you in the dream they actually happen in your dream.

i actually googled it up and it said that its called lucid dreams and it actually needs some practice lol

 

Well i can wake up multiple times and fall asleep to the same dream again..

Its impossible,whoever says that he can control his dreams (while sleeping) is indeed dreaming. LOL

It is. I do it every night, but yes it takes time and training. Most of my dreams plays like a movie, but I can control what happens. However it's not easy. :3 Controlling nightmares however seems impossible. >_<

If you dreamt that you were in a house and came across a locked door, how would you open it? You would probably need a key, but what if there were no key? You could probably just find out you had magical powers and create a key?

Many pages about dreaming and the meanings of dreams would say that your dreams reflect events, happenings, wishes, thoughts, worries and even the past, present and future etc. But it's different from person to person.

All I'm saying is, it may be control or it may just be dreaming, no one knows.
