Role-Playing

With everyone doing DP, And cranking toons to max, and Spending time dualling or making a tone of kinah,

How do we pass the time? I SAY ROLE-PLAY!
it is fun, some what easy,

I think you would get a different grasp of the game if you actually role play as your char. You might doo all the quests.

Who knows? im sure it would need smoothing out, but dont you think it might be fun to RP as your winged daeva? immagen the new gameplay possibilitys?

 

Well Aion IS classified under Massively Multiplayer Online Role Playing Game. So hence its name, I don't think it's a bad idea :>

But all in all a basic rundown is as follows.

You are a daeva, Your name is xxxxxx ( obviously where your char name is) and you have come so far in life, you have come from humble roots and become so much more,

Your abilities would be that of special instance to your particular class, ie you could not Do what your char is incapable of doing.

and lets face it, as much fun as it would be to be the son or daughter of itima or aion or what ever, your not, simple and to the point.

is there room for immagination? sure, why not? can your char be super powerful? POSSIBLE! but i wouldnt talk smack that you cant back up, we do have a dual system you know...

your char's hystory? thats all you! anything you make up! with in reason of course.

lets not ruin it and put vampires in it, as cool as it would be, and as probable as it would be, I dont feel like logging into TWILIGHT: Aion edition.

you could even say your part balure! or what ever! there is a color scheme map, the possibilities are endless.


Can GM's join? WHY NOT! but you would be reffered to as the Planes Walkers, being that you have powers that we do not....... Do not abuse them.... one server i was on for RAGNAROK ONLINE, the gms had two epic chars, that fought one another. it was a good story..... in this instance, opposing factions would provide a decent roleplay gateway.


Can you roleplay like you can morph the matter of ......matter?! Yes, considering that it says you can do it in your skills inventory. There is much to smooth out but this is to give you a rundown and an idea, of what to abide by.


the only requirement is this, : Have decent writing skill's AND know how to separate ACTIONS, from PHRASE!

i understand mood's i completely understand getting into the moment. but do it in some abandon town ( morhiem ,brusthlhiem yadda yadda, OR EVEN BETTER! in private chat.)

 

The thing with role-playing, is.. you do it the way you want to do it, you create your character in this virtual word, be however you want to be. etc. No such thing as 'rules'.

 

rules are put into place, to prevent god modding, cause then, it wouldnt be very fun, now would it?

 

Im a zombie vampire slaying dragon werewolf andriod in real life (or at least thats what i like to believe) but yea once i get into a MMORPG i start role playing. It gives you something else to do once you've done it all.
