I don't think you understand, being a past SAM myself: If SAM's unbans you account but you still cannot get in-game, it means that an Admin has banned you and that ban cannot be lifted except for an admin which they most likely won't as they were the ones who banned you in the first place.

Multivoting is only one main reason why you would have been banned. It's unclear unless an admin says so.

multivoting.? how come.. what i know e only can vote 5 times per 12 hours : 10 times per 24H.. so multivoting is like what? @@ 100 times per 1 hour? anyone can explane? @@

 

there was bug so when u was for exaple on lumiel you voted on char wich u got on lumiel after u change ip or w/e and voted on siel char (or at least i hear,it was like this)
