Brand new char created with lvl 50 gear equipped O.o

I haven't really played on Gamez much, I played a little on Crystal a few months ago but it was iffy connecting to it, got to a point where I couldn't connect most days from where I live. Anyways, I don't know if this is something that's happening a lot at the moment but I'm having problems with my voices (no matter which pak I use, ENG/JAP/KOR) all 4 voices are working fine in char create and again fine on char select, but when I actually log in to any of the chars they all have the same voice, I think it's just the basic one, even if they tough or youth on char create, it carries over succesfully to char select as the voice I chose, it's just once I'm ingame it reverts back to basic >.<"

And so I tried making a brand new char, an Elyos Mage and it spawned in on char select with a load of gear and when I went ingame it had the items equipped...a lvl 50 Tahabata's sword and shield, fully socketed and a white grade trash plate helm, along with various other Anuhart plate pieces. Also my inventory was waaaay past it's max capacity with Asmo only items. Here's a screen, I know it doesn't really show everything but you get the point lol. I don't have a problem deleting the char, it was only for voice testing anyways, but I didn't know if I should report it and leave it to get looked at first rather than delete it right away.

Mkay, but sarcasm aside, I don't think I've ever heard of something this peculiar o.e The items just came with your character? xD

either some1 deleted a same name char with gear on and this guy got the gear by remaking it or a database got screwed up when porting it back then there were a few people who lost items, this dude might have gotten them xD

 

Some sort of give away? Have you tried making another one and come up with the same character with same gear?

 

That's sooo weird. A mage can tank! And you have its stats I see u got speed at 7.3 from the boots! haha cool!

 

more like a corrupt database thats obviously some1 elses gear lol, including the inv items. either a past char with the same name and its gear or the gear got moved

 

Lol o-o To think one could possibly obtain ABG this way. I mean, Taha isn't so bad, but getting ABG would be miraculous.

 

Miraculous indeed. Who in their right mind would delete a character with ABG on it. That would be only a serious rage quit.

 

or some1 whos gf gave them "the choice" ^^ or some1 who wanted to make sure they wont be tempted to come back

smartik is right, somehow Carl/Evilset screwed up when they deleted the inactive accounts, since you can create the same name, i'm guessing they deleted the characters in the inactive account but did not deleted the items linked to the character...

lazy devs, they must have turned off the foreign key constraint to perform delete action on Account and Character ignoring inventories...lols.

Well it was probably one of the strangest things I've ever seen in all my time playing the game anywhere lol. Weird thing is, like I said I was just testing the fact that my char voices had become broken and so since I was only using that one to test I just gave it any old name since it would be deleted a few minutes later. I don't know if I could actually of attacked with that char though, didn't really think to try it, I just took the SS, posted it here and left it alone lol.

 

My theory is that someone had a character before, and his character was deleted through the database (so his items belonging to his player_id are still in the database); practically your player_id matched his when you made your character, and you.. eh, have his items on your
