I cant get a character from my account.

Race: Elyo
Id: Assassiel
Class: Cleric
lvl: 55

Buenas, Tengo un problema con un personaje en mi cuenta, no puedo entrar al juego con ese personaje ( Assassiel).
Cada vez que intento entrar al juego me bota del mismo, este problema solo ocurre con ese personaje, con los otros ingresan al juego normalmente...
Aqui una imagen de lo que ocurre...

did this just happen or it has been stuck for a while?

 

I had same problem before. It's STUCK character mine was stuck for 4 monts but then i sent unstuck request from website in user cp, also posted character info here: http://forum.gameznetwork.com/f68/[official-unstuck-request-thread]-8995/ and do not attempt log in with this character until server get restarted then it will be fine.

 

That particular character may be stuck. If so your best bet is to do an unstuck request on the site and not try to log back in till there is a server restart. Should fix the problem if not report it again on forums.

 

I stuck a while now, I cant enter the game with that character, I always switched off.
