    I think Photoshop is better. But if you don't have Photoshop you can try Gimp as an alternative.

    Paint tool Sai is way better in painting than Photoshop, but overall it's Photoshop. What I do use Photoshop to draw and then paint it using Paint Tool Sai.

    So today i start made one sig . This sig i made 3.5 hr whit photoshop and i mean for first not bad ^^ i m newby so dont feed the troll Thanky :**
