Should I switch to Templar?

Im a ranger and I don't know if I should switch to templar....If i would i would have to trade all my ranger items for templar items...You templars out there...tell me ? is it worth it? or maybe i will just make a templar and get him to lvl 55 and then decide ...

 

yea make a templar get him to 55 then decide..u may not like him then again u just might depends on how ur pvp experience goes with him

one thing for sure if u decide to make a templar..

your ranger items will not be enough to trade to make a meatwall templar.
templars are so dam expensive.

Templars are pretty fun to play if you know how.

 

And if you have the proper gear. No, it's not full ABG.

 

switch whatever you like and enjoy the game. Playing isnt just pvping, its enjoying too.

on topic, imo its fun on ranger rather than templar, it also decides on ping too, if you have low ping, 100-200ms, i suggest go ranger, but 300-400 templar. =)

 

Why I choose templar is that when im on ranger I panic and spam on my keyboard when im attacked...But if I will have a lot of HP i would have concentrate and have more time and I wouldn't panic so much Probably noone will understand this xD

 

True true, very fun to play templar just depends on your build, fps, and ping lol. I had fun playing my templar for a while but I have a ping of like 40.(fps is crappy) but my ping is awesome. And what they said about templars being expensive, they are. You need mace and shield(abg) 4kvipcredits or a good trade and a good gs. I didn't have abg gs i worked for app instead and just fused that with my sema and was killing people easily.

Yea i panic sometimes too since most of the time u never know if people behind u are gonna be scared and run back or are they gonna keep going forward or not. In my templar case ihad 22khp and i was always rushing in, tanking like 20 people at a time without dying quick.

 

Either ways, meatloaf templars ain't fun.

Okay...After reading this i dont want to be a templar anymore

 

Templar is too funny... i holded 2 groups with full buffs and died after some minutes when the buffs ended xD

 

My friend practically traded an assassin on Siel for a templar in a fair trade. Leather for Plate, Dagger for Shield, no adds at all from neither side.

 

Dont let what i said discourage u though, just test it out. Dont trade all your ranger stuff for it yet though but try it out.

@razor yea some people do equal trades but its a ranger though, meaning he/she probably doesn't have 2 abg weaps to trade for abg mace and shield.

 

try to duel with some templar see thier skill and try make 1 templar 1st, try play with it.. try duel your templar with all class. if you find it good then you can trade all your item to templar EQ XD

@Viper: Man, practically, Panic-mode begins if you're scared of your enemy somehow. If you have gears, take it routinely - "Ain't I stronger than 'em? I need at least one reason not to hold back but run. For ****'s sake, I've got the best gear, and I'm not weak at all, am I?". That's just for me, but, I'll list the names of the people I get panic-mode from: Xalgoth (yes, Xally, yes), Emotiionless (ranger, I think I've mistaken the name), Sexyspell (ohurhur, I was on my damn SM), Sweetcakes (I won him/her on a tournament-event duel, so apparently I'm stronger but still D:< ), Fadetopink (his sin, is he playing it at all atm e_e; my last encounter with him was on my SM though, he raped me =.=), and few more perhaps.

P.S. Calithoe, you're not on the list, cuz if I can't burst you, nobody'd win it at all

Tbh, SMs and Clerics are the only classes generally being > Templar
