    They are coconut grubs. Tastes like....coconuts, since they eat nothing but coconuts and coconut tree bark.

    Drown them in fish sauce and eat that effer, but spare the heads.

    Dinuguan, or "pork blood stew" in English, is a Philippine food which is a very savory stew of blood and meat simmered in a rich, spicy gravy of pig blood, garlic, chili and vinegar.
    The term dinuguan comes from the word dugo meaning "blood".
    It is recognizably thick and dark, hence the Westernized nickname "chocolate meat".

    well nothing goes to waste here in our country.

    even this chicken intestines (of course cleaned, but i dont eat those that i see in the streets. i only eat those prepared by my family. where i know it is really cleaned well)
