Cannot play the game:(

Well im heaving a problem to enter the game im starting the Gamez Aion luncher hit "Start Game" see the NCsoft loggo than the game crashes

Im using window 7 X64 and my coputer meet the requiments.

the things that i have allready tryed is:
-redownloading and reinstalling the game.
-redownloading and reinstalling the gamez aion patcher.
-updating DirectX.
-deleatin "bin32" folder than repatching to reinnstall that

please help me with this thechnical problem ASAP im anxious to play inched:

u can try this. go to gamezaion.com, click support and download the support file. you may have to change the ip address if that file is not updated and for that read thru this guide http://forum.gameznetwork.com/showthread.php?t=8875 goodluck

found the solution,open nclauncher n press start game,it will update directx9 ^^

i try to stard the aion from NCsoft launcher but the same thing it crash..... i think i have bigger problem maybe i miss some import program ....pls help me

 

Try starting the the official aion with the NC launcher , it should update something again , i had the same problem and it worked after i run the original game and then the pserver .

hmm i think maybe because my language was on bulgeria from the control panel and the game cant read the files and i change it now to english and reinstall my game but i dont think this will fix it but ....

maybe i miss someting from the programs ... because yestarday i reinstall my pc and forget what programs i need ...
