I need help , I nearly ruin my life with my own hands!!!

Guys.. I dont know whats happening to me , I got betrayed by my friends and i dont need to say who are they because they play here too , But they will know theirselves when they read this ,

My big problem is i cant control my self at all!! I lost my girl friend and called her a ***** and insulted her because i just got mad! , I nearly injure my hand with a knife.

My biggest problem is just someone betrayed me and then i didnt even know who i am , I started to photoshop some pictures about making my heart black and hating all people because i got pissed of whats happening to me!! , And now the biggest biggest problem is my girl friend breaking up with me while its not my fault!! I just got mad at my friends and i didnt even be able to control my self! I apologizes to her many times but she wont accept it at all and she says i hope i didnt even come to you this day!! , Please guys i need a big help!!!!!! :crying: :crying: :crying: :crying: :crying: :crying:

 

You need to see a Psychiatrist. Or go to an anger management class.

 

The problem is she thinks that i hate her while i sweared to her that i dont!!!!!

Your ex-friends can go to hell , don't care about them. They weren't real friends since they betrayed u , be happy that you saw their true side.
As about ur girlfriend.. i'm sorry to hear that , insulting her wasn't a really good idea -.-
Of course girls sometimes take it too far , even when u say sorry to her , they don't accept it. While when they make mistakes , they want us to accept their apologies otherwise they leave us. This world is unfair D: but don't become an emo for any reason.
If she loves u , she will forgive u about what u did/said to her , no matter what it was. If she doesn't , she will find this an excuse and she'll leave u.

The girls who say "U DON'T LOVE ME" are the ones that have a big idea of theirselves and think that u say u love them for some kind of benefits , pfft.

First thing, fix yourself first. Of course you don't go saying sorry when you're all screwed up and got some anger management problem to deal with.

Stop being too EMO for that makes people not liking you more. Instead of using this thread to bash those people who betrayed you why wouldn't you confront them and talk it out like a man.

Give your girlfriend a space, after what you have said to her don't expect that she'll easily forgive you. It takes time for wounds to heal and seriously man you are rejecting yourself. You hate yourself that's why this thing called "I don't know myself" is just an excuse of you not accepting who you are. Change comes when there's acceptance.

 

Man you are right, those are the people these days , They make mistakes and they want you to forgive them , But when you make mistake they make you suffer before they forgive you.

But my GF was good person , I just lost the control on my self and insulted her for no reason and now she wont accept the apologizes at all , I hope it gets fixed.

 

see a doctor, say fk to your friends and invite your gf somewhere so you will explain everything, but first of all see a doctor

I wouldn't recommend going to a psychiatrist... u aren't crazy to do that. You are just nervous and you need to train yourself on how to keep ur temper , you need to control ur anger or w/e they call it.
Just relax , go to a quiet place with ur girlfriend , apologize and explain things to her , if she is a human , she will understand. Lol

 

Man tell me how , Its not just first time , Ask all my friends ingame if you want , I cant control my self at allll , I yell at my mother on her face whenever she talks to me in anger, I dont even know who i am when i get angry.

 

Even when someone angers/annoys you in any way , you have to ignore him/her and act like it doesn't affect u You'll get used to it in time.
Always think of a wise answer to piss others off and never use swearwords , they drag you to a low level and make u sound like an arrogant kid with no respect. You disrespect yourself by insulting others.
It's not called Control your Anger , it's called Unleash your anger in a smart way XD Not at ur GF tho lol , you have to be a drama maker in that case. You somehow have to convince her to believe that she is the one who is wrong. As long as you insult her , you make things worse.
Also , if you tell us what made/makes u angry , we would be able to help u in a better way i guess.

Its your fault and your business, if she was open-minded, she would understand you and why you were 'so mad at her.'

I don't think he's a stupid kid who needs school lessons , he will learn from his experience. I was worse than that , i almost killed my mother once , twice actually.. one time i threw a metal thing on her face and she moved and dodged it , and it ended up penetrating the wooden door.. and the other i kicked her on the stomach and she went to the hospital lol , i was crazy... but i don't know why , i see things now from a diffirent view and it's hard for me to believe that i was doing all that. *_*

 

Man what happened is someone here playing gamezaion stabbed me in the back , And he made best person i knew hates me , And then i got mad like hell and unleash the madness on every one talked to me.

 

I have been in ur situation ^^ You should not let the game affect u that much. This usually happens when you play all day on the computer , you get addicted and then the internet and ur internet friends/game items become more important than everything else.
You should play less , go and take a walk around ^^

 

..if a friend betrays u without a good excuse, they are not one's to be kept..the problem here, why did u not trust ur gf?..ur friends betrayed u but not ur gf right?
