    ranger are good at pvp!!!even me can beaten by ranger no question with that coz im a sorc i do know to other class. if they have lower ping or they used CE rangers are overpowered i admit that.there best in hiding and traps.... ranger problem is that they cant beat 1 party a time.....thats it...but in 1v1 there the one i hate most.

    stigmas and armor abg, which of course in retail people do not have, but they have the same damage in retail than here, so the damage here is not enough...

    0.0000001 % of the server? congratulations, here all officer 4+ that is what is my discursion, I can not compete with them, because they all have abg and my damage is not enough.

    rangers damage is base on its manastones build, buffs and skill combo......

    try mixing attack + accuracy + crit... just search for the perpect build..

    then buff focus shots + bestial fury + speed of wind + hunters might..

    use this comboskills ( lightning arrow, stunning arrow, agonizing arrow.. ) this combo skills can break other classes bones...

    but still ranger class now sucks cause of its buff limit...

    Lol, sir, you have no idea e.e Tons of people have 40/50e, ABG isn't exactly hard to achieve, considering on double AP events, you can get about 40k AP a day from Dredge.

    Anyways, back on topic x.x Rangers are meant to kite, and the traps help you out quite a bit, so I'd suggest using them o.e

    remember to use the focused evasion
    remember to buff up
    remember to use the area as an advantage
    never get rattled
    play smart, know what skill to use in different scenarios and vs a class


    PS: traps.
    blazing and the root trap is important.
    and if it allows u, snare trap also is important.
