    The title says it all. What do I do now? Gear up is the Obvious, but how do I go about doing that?

    Do instances, its not that hard to figure out. Try to get better gear that u currently have.

    What server are you playing, lumiel or siel? Best you can do is making sure you vote every 12 hours and try to do Dark Poeta or Beshmudir Temple for decent gear, you can try asking ingame for a group for one of those instances or you can try finding a nice legion than will support you in getting gear. You can farm the elder mobs at core for enchantment stones to upgrade your gear and weapons. Also try to apply for event once AM/GM hold one, they can give decent rewards for newcomers like you(L90 Stones / Scrolls etc, depends on what AM holds it).
